This has provided me with considerable experience of running an organisation as managing director and working with colleagues on major training programmes as well as with trustees on the board.<\/p>\n<p>As a tutor and trainer I work with groups extensively; teach groupwork skills and have many years of experience of facilitating small and large groups of up to eighty people.<\/p>\n<p>My earlier professional background is in social work and youth work in inner cities.
